Shipping & delivery

Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday. If the order is received before 11.30am, it will be delivered within 2 working days in Austria, 4 working days in Germany and 6 working days in the rest of the EU. Your satisfaction and the speedy delivery of your orders is very important to us, but please note that delivery is carried out by external partners and delays may occur as a result. ICUserver GmbH cannot guarantee delivery times.

Please note, that for organisational reasons, delivery is only possible to actual postal addresses. No goods can be delivered to PO boxes.
